Be responsible for total waste control with the empowerment to close lines down until issues are resolved and waste*costs are eliminated, with total cost savings and data capture which will also sit along side the pack out coordinator role giving 100% accurate pack out and data capture. You should be a team player who is numerate and analytical.
Collect samples from lines and Stock Feed.
Record data collected from samples*stock-feed.
To report all findings to Site leader production leader and team leaders
Act on data collected ensuring all parties buy in to new proposals.
If changes are not made after being requested, having the empowerment to close the line*s until satisfied with developments.
Chase all issues to the very end so they are resolved once and for all.
To monitor stocks levels and to ensure material is being used in strict rotation.
Attend Daily Morning meeting to download any issues or concerns.
Communicate with Supply Team and the pack out coordinator there findings and best cause of action.
To capture cost savings from data collected and look at new ways to improve.
